Overview
MyAIBox is designed with privacy first. Your AI conversations, folders, prompts, and bookmarks are stored locally on your device. Sync data is encrypted client-side before being uploaded — we cannot read your data.
Data We Collect
- Account data: Email address (for authentication and license management).
- Payment data: Processed by the active checkout provider—Stripe, Kelviq, or Dodo Payments. We do not store complete card details.
- Sync data: Encrypted blobs. We store the ciphertext but cannot decrypt it.
- Local usage data: Writing and activity statistics remain on your device unless you enable encrypted account synchronization.
Data We Cannot Read
- Your AI conversations or messages
- Your prompts or prompt library
- Your folders or bookmarks
- Your search queries or results
Encryption
All sync data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM on your device before being uploaded. The encryption key is generated on your device and never sent to our servers.
Third-Party Services
- Payment providers: Stripe, Kelviq, or Dodo Payments processes checkout when selected by our administrator.
- Google OAuth: Optional sign-in when configured.
- AI platforms: The extension runs on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Grok, but does not send conversation content to MyAIBox servers.
